Some people are having issues with torrent downloading since yesterday and there is a news circulating around that PTCL has blocked torrent downloading.The news is somehow true but don't worry it is just a temporary blockage
.According to PTCL there is a underwater wire problem due to which there are bandwidth issues.For providing seamless service to all the users,PTCL has taken this step and the blockage is only untill maintenance is not done.So STOP searching for "HOW TO UNBLOCK OR BYPASS TORRENT BY PTCL" and just be patient.
